Blackberry ice cream
Blackberries, ice cream, lavender... a taste and smell of a refreshing summer! For this delicious refreshment I paired ice cream with Kupilek blackberry jam.
Trust me, one ice cream ball will not be enough for you :)
Ingredients and preparation steps
250 g of fresh or frozen blackberries
150 g of cream cheese from homemade milk kefir
100 ml of homemade milk kefir
1/2 teaspoon of dried lavender
2 tablespoons of honey
juice from 1/2 lime
2 tablespoons of Kupilek blackberry jam
Blend everything into a creamy mixture, except the jam. Pour the ice cream mixture into a bowl and gently stir in the blackberry jam.
Freeze the mixture in a tightly closed container for 3 to 4 hours in the freezer. Serve in cones. Find these gluten-free cones at Vis à Vis by Vincek gluten free. Enjoy the flavors!
