Chocolate avocado pudding
Avocado pudding with raw cocoa is a creamy decadence. I chose each ingredient for a reason to create this delicious dessert. Avocado creates a creamy base and is full of omega-3 fatty acids, along with a host of vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, B-6 and folate. Raw cocoa powder gives it a rich chocolate flavor, along with strong antioxidants. Homemade milk kefir adds to pudding good bacteria, honey is a natural sweetener and cinnamon and ginger improve the taste even more. To make this dessert even creamier add rice whipped cream and Kupilek blackberry syrup. Enjoy this delicious creaminess!
Ingredients and preparation steps
For the pudding:
2 ripe avocados
50 g of raw cocoa
100 ml of homemade milk kefir
4 tablespoons of honey
1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
top of a teaspoon powdered ginger
For the topping:
rice whipped cream
2 tablespoons of Kupilek blackberry syrup
In a blender, blend all the pudding ingredients into a creamy mixture. Mix the whipping cream with a mixer. Fill a glass or serving bowl halfway with the pudding, add 2 teaspoons of blackberry syrup then add the whipped cream.
Sprinkle with cocoa and the dessert is ready to be served.
