Jedna jedina domaća granola - One and only homemade granola


Kada sam domaću granolu radila prvi put, stavila sam u nju doslovno SVE što sam imala.

Ipak, za ukusnu granolu, SVE nije potrebno.

Malo sam eksperimentirala s omjerima i sastojcima te našla gramažu koja mi se pokazala odlična! Taman je za onu veliku tavu koja vam stane u pećnicu.



Sastojci i koraci pripreme
  • 200 g pahuljica - bezglutenskih zobenih ili heljdinih

  • 50 g suncokretovih sjemenki

  • 150 g orašastih plodova - ja sam ovaj put koristila 75 g badema i 75 g lješnjaka

  • čajna žlica cejlonskog cimeta u prahu

  • čajna žlica đumbira u prahu

  • 2 jušne žlice maslaca od lješnjaka ili maslaca od badema - ovaj put sam koristila maslac od lješnjaka

  • 6 jušnih žlica meda ili javorovog sirupa - ovaj put sam koristila javorov sirup

  • 2 jušne žlice kokosovog ulja

Ugrijte pećnicu na 150 °C.

Tavu obložite papirom za pečenje.

U zdjelu dodajte pahuljice, suncokretove sjemenke, cimet i đumbir.

Usitnite orašaste plodove pa ih dodajte u zdjelu ostalim sastojcima i sve pomiješajte.

Na laganoj vatri ugrijte maslac, javorov sirup i kokosovo ulje te miješajte dok se sve ne poveže. Pazite da ne zavrije.

Zagrijanu smjesu dodajte u zdjelu s ostalim sastojcima.

Sve dobro pomiješajte dok smjesa ne postane ljepljiva pa je rasporedite po papiru za pečenje i pecite oko 20 min, ovisno o jačini vaše pećnice.

Ako ne volite veće komade granole, tijekom pečenja granolu promiješajte drvenom žlicom ili kuhačom.

Poslužite uz domaći kefir i uživajte u domaćem doručku! Granolu čuvajte u zatvorenoj staklenci ili limenci do nekoliko tjedana, ali mislim da ova granola neće dočekati treći dan :)

Pogotovo ako u obitelji imate više ljubitelja domaće granole:)

One and only homemade granola


When I was making homemade granola for the first time I put literally EVERYTHING I had into it. For a delicious homemade granola EVERYTHING isn't necessary. I experimented a bit with the proportions and ingredients and found a combination that turned out great for me! It's just right amount for that big pan that fits into your oven.


Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 200 g of flakes - gluten-free oats or buckwheat flakes

  • 50 g of sunflower seeds

  • 150 g of nuts - for this recipe I used 75 g of almonds and 75 g of hazelnuts

  • teaspoon of powdered Ceylon cinnamon

  • teaspoon of powdered ginger

  • 2 tablespoons of hazelnut butter or almond butter - I used hazelnut butter

  • 6 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup - this time I used maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil


Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Line the pan with baking paper.


Add flakes, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and ginger to the bowl.

Chop the nuts, then add them to the bowl and mix everything.

Heat the butter, maple syrup and coconut oil over a low heat and stir until everything is combined. Be careful not to boil.

Add the heated mixture to the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix everything well until the mixture becomes sticky, then spread it on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or depending on the strength of your oven.

If you don’t like larger pieces of granola, stir the granola with a wooden spoon or cooker while baking.

Serve with homemade kefir and enjoy your homemade breakfast!

Keep the granola in a closed glass jar or can for up to a few weeks, but I don't think this granola will survive the third day :)
