Kefir dip with parsley and garlic


For this kefirolicious dip you will need:

  • 150 ml of homemade kefir

  • 2 teaspoons of mustard

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

  • pinch of himalayan salt

  • handful of fresh parsley

  • 1 clove of garlic ... blend all with your favorite blender and serve with zucchini patties :)
