Pancakes with Swiss chard
For this tasty bite you will need:
400 ml of homemade kefir
1 teaspoon of Vesela Lucija spices
handful of chard (blanched, dried and sliced into small pieces)
4 tablespoons of gluten free flour Schar mix b
Mix kefir, eggs and spices, then add flour and chard. Let it rest for 15 min. Melt a butter in your pan and heat over medium heat, but with Delimano pan you won't be needing butter. Cook your pancakes on hot pan on each side until golden.
Serve with salad and enjoy.
