Ljeto nam donosi divan izbor voćki, a nektarine odlično pašu uz Perutnina Ptuj Međimursko pile. Naglasila bih da meso peradi sadrži vitamine skupine B koji sprečavaju pojavu mnogih bolesti i brinu za pravilno funkcioniranje ljudskog organizma te sadrži brojne minerale koje tijelo ne proizvodi i zato ih moramo unositi uravnoteženom prehranom. Masti su našem tijelu nužno potrebne za energiju, ali i zato jer otapanjem aktiviraju vitamine koji su neophodni za oči, kosti, kožu i mozak. Esencijalne masne kiseline djeluju i kao antioksidanti, pomažu crvenim krvnim stanicama u transportu kisika, pridonose normalnom funkcioniranju bubrega, štite mišićno tkivo od propadanja, pozitivno utječu na brzinu metabolizma.....a možemo ih pronaći u mesu peradi.

Kako bi vaši okusni pupoljci potpuno uživali, dodajte čašicu Florijanović Škrleta Mons Claudius. Uz naziv škrlet ova sorta, nosi i brojne sinonime poput ovnek žuti, ovnek slatki, škrlet tusti, škrtec itd. Ime škrlet potječe od njemačke riječi scharlach (šarlah) jer se na bobama grožđa u punoj zrelosti na sunčanoj strani javljaju ljubičasto-crvenkaste pjegice pa grozd izgleda kao osut šarlahom! Sinonim ovnek žuti nastao je jer grozd podsjeća na glavu ovna s rogovima postrance.


Sastojci i koraci pripreme
  • 1 Međimursko pile Perutnina Ptuj

  • 4 nektarine (trebaju biti malo tvrđe)

  • 3 grančice ružmarina

  • 2 prstohvata soli

  • 2 prstohvata mljevenog papra

  • 3 jušne žlice maslinovog ulja

  • 200 ml temeljca (pilećeg ili povrtnog)

Pećnicu zagrijte na 200 °C.

  1. Cijelo pile premažite uljem, posolite i popaprite.

  2. U lonac dodajte temeljac, zatim pile oko kojeg rasporedite grančice ružmarina.

  3. Poklopite lonac s poklopcem ili s aluminijskom folijom koju ćete dobro učvrstiti oko rubova. Folija ne bi trebala doticati pile.

  4. Tako zatvoreno pile pecite u pećnici oko 1,5h.

  5. Nakon 1,5h otklopite lonac ili uklonite foliju te oko pileta dodajte nektarine narezane na četvrtine.

  6. Pecite sve još 20 minuta kako bi pile dobilo zlatnožutu boju, a nektarine ne bi postale premekane.

The synonym ovnek žuti originated because the cluster resembles the head of a ram with horns on each side.


Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 1 chicken Perutnina Ptuj

  • 4 nectarines (not too soft)

  • 3 twigs of rosemary

  • 2 pinches of salt

  • 2 pinches of pepper

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 200 ml of stock (chicken or vegetable)

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

  1. Coat the chicken with oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Add the stock to the pot, then the chicken - around which you arrange the rosemary twigs.

  3. Cover the pot with a lid or aluminum foil that will sit well around the edges. The foil should not touch the chicken.

  4. Bake the closed chicken in oven for about 1.5 hours.

  5. After 1.5 hours remove the foil and add the nectarines cut into quarters.

  6. Bake everything for another 20 minutes so that the chicken gets a golden yellow color and the nectarines do not become too soft.

Serve warm and enjoy the flavors.
